Let's go shopping! The tiny "Back Porch" gift shop at the Connie Hansen Garden
features an eclectic assortment of garden items, including "the best" Atlas garden
gloves, T-shirts and sweatshirts with the garden logo, beautiful hand-made note
cards featuring photos of the Garden, garden themed stationery and notes.
We've recently added healing hand creams, "Outdoor Hands" and "Sweet Sage Botanicals",
that are perfect for gardeners and outdoor enthusiasts.
Find inexpensive packets of seeds saved from unusual plants you'll find blooming in
the Garden, often of varieties not to be found in common seed catalogs. There are
always some plants for sale as well, divisions of Connie's favorites, and others
shared from the gardens of volunteers. You will find starts of local favorites,
as well as very unusual varieties, here.
In the Gallery Room, there are paintings and photo prints for sale, created by
local artists, and an assortment of one-of-a-kind antique items. Second hand garden
books and magazines are often available as well.
Whether your tastes run to exotic or earthy, you may find a unique item you'll really
enjoy when you make shopping in the Garden House part of your visit. The Garden
House and Garden Shop are open on Tues. and Sat., from 10:00 to 2:00 when Garden hosts
are present.
