RENTAL OF THE GARDEN HOUSE

You are cordially invited to consider the Garden House at the Connie Hansen Garden as a suitable venue for all your small group rental needs. We can accommodate groups of up to 40 for such events as weddings, receptions, memorials, company meetings, classes, workshops and lectures in a unique and natural setting, either inside the Garden House or in combination with the surrounding Garden grounds.

You are strongly encouraged to tour our facility prior to making a decision to rent. Please be aware that rental of the Garden House will not preclude visitors from entering the Garden as we are open to the public at all times. Parking in the lot is limited to 12 vehicles (no tour buses) with very limited overflow parking on street adjacent to the back gate.

• Art Gallery - seating capacity for up to 40 for meetings, classes etc.; limited to 29 if table seating is required.
• Kitchen - small food preparation area with refrigerator, stove and microwave.
• Library - adjoins the kitchen and Art Gallery, suitable as a serving area.
• Patio - small uncovered outdoor area, access through sliding doors from the Library.
• Scotton Morning Garden - Level area of lawn adjacent to the Garden House surrounded by flower beds.

• 3 white plastic round tables; 3 banquet style tables

• The first Tuesday of the month year-round.
• All other Tuesdays before 5 p.m.
• Saturdays before 3 p.m. (A Saturday afternoon rental will be on an "as is" basis.)

During the months of December, January and February, all day Saturday may be available-please check with the rental agent.

Reservations require advance notice of 3 weeks, a signed Rental Agreement and a minimum deposit of 1/3rd. The agreement details your responsibilities as a renter and our obligations to you. The deposit is refundable upon cancellation 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.
